Instrumentation
Pulptec™ – BTG's integrated range of in-line instruments enhances control over the entire pulp and paper process, monitoring process parameters such as consistency and brightness in virgin and recycled fibres.
Muetek™ – a range of wet end products comprising laboratory instruments and on-line analysers which measure colloidal charge, fibre charge, zeta potential, drainage, retention, gas, ash and other parameters in the wet end.
Consumables
Duroblade® high-performance blades for coating, creping, cleaning and flexo printing have an enhanced working edge, are factory-honed to the proper angle and require virtually no run-in time. Their wear-resistance ensures constant production quality for hours, while minimising downtime.
Ceramic or chrome-plated, smooth or profiled, IPI Durorod™ for metering and size press applications benefit from the same properties, enhancing coating productivity.
Machinery
CBC™ creping blade holders enable self-adjusting blade load and easily adjusted blade height, resulting in better tissue quality, increased blade life and fewer web breaks; in short improved productivity.
