Spectris plc is pleased to announce that Peter Chambr will be joining the board as a non-executive director on 1st August 2006. Peter was until very recently Chief Executive Officer of Cambridge Antibody Technology Group plc and previously was Chief Operating Officer of Celera Genomics Group and Chief Executive of Bespak plc.
